Registration terms

All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that is open on this website until 1 April, 2019. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice at the end of the registration process. We can only accept euro-payments.

Participation in the Conference is subject to a fee. The registration fee contains the lunch and coffee breaks. Registration to the Conferences and social events are binding for the participant. The fees are to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration. The payment due date is 10 days since issuing the invoice. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Conference participants.

Cancellation policy

 In the event of a cancellation after 15 March, 2019, no refund is possible.

Please submit your cancellation to the Congress Secretariat in writing via e-mail: kristin@publicon.ee. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details. Name changes are free of charge.
